The Neighbourhood of Lambeth
Lambeth was an independent village until the latest round of annexations by London in 1992. While enjoying many of the benefits of being a community separated from the the rest of London by green space and undeveloped land, Lambeth has remained less than fully integrated into the services of the city. It was only recently that the area received bus service. The community continues to be popular for those looking to get out of the city. Development in the area tends to be of the executive home type of property. The newer developments of Southwinds and Talbot Village continue this trend.
Greenhills Country Club
Nestled in a peaceful enclave near London, Ont., Greenhills Golf Club exudes the tranquil atmosphere of a grand old course, complete with wildlife and waterfowl. In that tradition, it relies on excellent shot values and varied design elements to test every club in the bag. Doglegs, stands of trees, strategic bunkering and just the right touch of elevation change make Greenhills a delight to play time and again.
