A good marketing plan will give your home the best exposure and also differentiates your home from similar properties. One of the major reasons not to sell your home yourself is that most home owners do not have access to the marketing clout that a Realtor can bring you. “For Sale By Owner,” or FSBO web sites simply do not bring your home the exposure it needs to ensure that the right buyers see it.
